As our Customer Appreciation & Anniversary Week continues, we’re sharing the spotlight with the incredible partners who make 61 Main what it is.
On Tuesday, meet David Silverman of Balthazar Bakery — part of the team behind the buttery, flaky pastries you already love with your morning latte. He’s bringing a taste of that Balthazar magic straight to Holmdel, so you can sample the craft and chat with one of the people who helps fill our pastry case with joy every day.
It’s our way of saying thank you – to the makers who inspire us, and to you for making 61 Main your neighborhood stop. (P.S. We proudly feature Balthazar on our menu, because good taste deserves good company.)
